Fashion Spotlight: Golden Globes 2012

Tuesday, 17 January 2012

Hey everyone! Last night the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards were held in LA. You've probably already seen some of the red carpet photo's but here is a run down of some of my favourites...

Zooey Deschanel in Prada - This is on many 'Worst' lists but I actually really love this dress...its def my fav!

Diana Agron in J. Mendel - I love the top half with its laser cut (literally) origami design

Emma Stone in Lanvin - flawlessly elegant

Evan Rachel-Wood in Gucci - beautiful rich mermaid dress

Jessica Alba in Gucci - absolutely stunning as always

Jenna Dewan in Marcia Lucia Hohan - A little too much boob but lovely dress

Maria Menounos - this is my wild card! No idea who the designer is but I absolutely looove it! Not many people can pull off yellow!!

Sarah Hyland in Dolce & Gabanna - Poor Sarah had a lil fashion crisis when her zipper broke but she recovered and still looked beautiful

Salma Hayek in Gucci

Sofia Vergara in Vera Wang - I love VW but I cant say this is one of my fav's just because of the heavy train but I had to include Sofia as she is an absolute bombshell!

Madonna in Reem Acra
My favourite hair do was by far Nicole Richie...isnt is gorgeous!

And a few hotties just for fun...

Adam Levine

Gerard Butler

The awesome Joseph Gordon-Levitt withnWill Reiser

Mark Salling

    1. I really like the black skirt half of her dress...the vertical lines and the shimmer and the train look so elegant but Im with you on the top half...its not bad but for some reason which I cant quite pinpoint the top the doesnt quite do it for me. But I wanted to include that pic so that you can see the original design versus the actual dress.

  13. Hi!

The hair is so elegant done that way! I really liked it! Unfortunately I have still to discover how to make my hair hold its shape, because right now it is very long (I really like my long hair) and it doesn't hold anything fancier than a ponytail or a simple bun!
